We are a small family run salon, in the busy independent quarter of Tiverton.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service and luxury AVEDA Treatments.

Salon Etiquette, Terms & Conditions


  1. Any treatments over an hour long will require a non refundable  50% deposit.

  2. Cancellations* 48 hours prior to treatment will require a 50% cancellation fee.

  3. Any more than 3 cancellations* within 2 months will result in no longer being able to pre-book treatments

  4. "Show us your Mojo" Competition: £5 off per Selfie. Selfies can be of nails, tan, toes, hair, facial, in salon selfies and any products bought in salon. You can get £5 off per selfie if you post multiple selfies, however, Only one £5 off can be redeemed per treatment. £5 off can be used against hair, beauty and any of our products, excludes GHD's and Vouchers. Selfies must be of hair/nails/tan/toes/facials done in our salon and of any products bought in salon.

  5. The last appointment of the day should be finalised by the salons usual closing time, any appointments that run past this time (through no fault of the Stylist/Therapist/Technician) will incur a £5 per 30 minute surcharge, Loyalty Cards cannot be used after the salons usual closing time.

  6. Loyalty Cards can only be redeemed one at a time, and not in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

  7. Skin and Hair care products can not be refunded/exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  8. We do not handle the returns of GHDs or Megawhite Teeth Whitening products, Please go direct to GHD or Megawhite for any issues.

  9. Mojo's Hair & Beauty do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  10. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, lateness will result in either a missed appointment or reduced treatment time.

  11. If anything has changed on the day, and you would still like to come in for a treatment please notify the receptionist and she will be able to make adjustments, and let the stylist/therapist know.

  12. If you are suffering with any skin conditions, please let your stylist/therapist know as soon as you can so that they can make adjustments to your treatment for your comfort.

  13. All new hair colour guests are required to have a free 10-15 minute consultation with a stylist a minimum of 24hours prior to the appointment to take strand tests, and apply skin tests.

  14. If skin tests have not been carried out 24-48 hours prior to treatment (hair or beauty) the treatment will not be carried out, and a cancellation fee of 50% will be taken.

  15. When coming for pedicures please wear opened toe shoes. when coming for tans please wear loose black clothing.

*cancellations also include non-arrivals and last minute time changes.
