1. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked service will require a 50% payment of the service booked as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours require a 100% payment of the service booked as a cancellation fee.

2. If you have cancelled last minute in the past any future treatments over an hour long will require a non refundable £30 per hour booking fee.

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

4. Any more than 3 cancellations* within 2 months will result in no longer being able to pre-book treatments

5. Skin and Hair care products can not be refunded/exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

6. Mojo's Hair & Beauty do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

7. Please arrive on time to your appointment, lateness will result in either a missed appointment or reduced treatment time.

8. All new hair colour guests are required to have a free 10-15 minute consultation with a stylist a minimum of 24hours prior to the appointment to take strand tests, and apply skin tests.

9. If skin tests have not been carried out 24-48 hours prior to treatment (hair or beauty) the treatment will not be carried out, and a cancellation fee of 50% will be taken.

10. When coming for pedicures please wear opened toe shoes. when coming for tans please wear loose black clothing.

*cancellations also include non-arrivals and last minute time changes. Cancellations can not be made via text.
